I can’t quite believe that The Spiralling is already celebrating it’s first birthday! It’s been such an incredible year and I am totally overwhelmed by how much support I have had with this project.
When I came up with the idea to get back into writing again I never imagined ending up where I am today. This project has brought me so many new and fun opportunities, all whilst helping other people pursue their own goals and dreams.
The people I’m writing about work so hard to pursue their dreams and it is a pleasure to be able to share their creations with you. I just wanted to say a big massive THANK YOU to everyone who has viewed my posts on here. It means so much to me that there are people out there willing to take a moment out of their day to read my posts.
One of the most exciting things to happen recently was purchasing the domain thespiralling.com. It made everything seem real. The Spiralling has become my baby and I don’t intend to give up on it any time soon. There are still plenty more people out there to write about and many more plans to accomplish.
At the moment I am currently planning the first Spiralling exhibition featuring 17 artists. This is not something I’ve ever done before but it’s such a great opportunity for me to help put on an affordable exhibition in Bristol. For more information on the event you can visit the Facebook page here.
The Spiralling started out as a tiny seed of an idea in my brain. I feel that one year on it has grown some pretty sturdy roots and is only just breaking the surface of it’s potential. Originally created for my friends, this platform has already grown to support people who I didn’t know before. I’ve made many new friends along the way and the project has always had an incredibly warm reception.
The Spiralling will continue to grow and spiral outwards as it gathers more followers. Every share, like, or view means so much to me and having regular readers on WordPress I take as a huge compliment.
Thank you to everyone who has been involved in any way so far. SPIRAL ON 🙂
